TWS Achieves Gold Status in Japan

K-pop boy group TWS has reached a major milestone in Japan with their third mini album, TRY WITH US. According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan, the album surpassed 100,000 shipments in April, earning a coveted Gold certification.

Historic Back-to-Back Success

This marks TWS’s second consecutive Gold record in Japan, following their debut single album Last Bell. The achievement is even more impressive as it comes just before their official Japanese debut, raising anticipation for their next steps.

Album Highlights and Chart Performance

TRY WITH US captures the spirit of youth and courage. Its title track, “Isn’t It Cool to Run With Your Heart?”, has been praised for its energetic vibe. The album ranked No. 2 on Oricon’s weekly album charts and No. 5 on Billboard Japan’s Hot Albums chart. In Korea, TWS swept music shows, achieving a grand slam with six trophies—an unprecedented feat for a 5th generation boy group.

Upcoming Japanese Debut

TWS will officially debut in Japan on July 2 with their single Nice to see you again (はじめまして). The release promises refreshing summer vibes and includes three original songs, showcasing the group’s charm for Japanese fans.

TWS’s international momentum continues to grow, signaling exciting activities ahead in both Korea and Japan.
