BTS member V has achieved a major milestone as his solo track ‘Slow Dancing’ surpassed 500 million streams on Spotify, according to BigHit Music.
Released as the title track of his first solo album ‘Layover,’ ‘Slow Dancing’ is now V’s third solo song to reach this streaming feat, following ‘Love Me Again.’ The song blends 1970s soul with pop R&B and jazz influences, showcasing V’s relaxed vocals and a captivating flute solo.
Upon its release in September 2023, ‘Slow Dancing’ debuted at No. 51 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and No. 24 on the UK Official Singles Chart. The album ‘Layover’ also ranked No. 2 on the Billboard 200, highlighting V’s global popularity.
BTS Set for Reunion After Military Service
BTS is expected to resume group activities soon as all members complete their military service.
