RM Claims American Music Awards Honor
RM of BTS has been awarded the Favorite K-Pop Artist at the 2025 American Music Awards, one of America’s top three music ceremonies. This distinction makes him the only K-pop artist to win both as a group and solo at the AMAs.

BTS previously swept major categories at the AMAs, including Artist of the Year and Favorite Pop Duo/Group. RM’s recent solo album, Right Place, Wrong Person, received critical acclaim, with tracks recognized by Billboard, Rolling Stone, and NME as some of 2024’s best.
Global Recognition for ‘LOST!’
His title track, ‘LOST!’, earned multiple awards at the 2025 Shark Music Video Awards, including Best Music Video and Best Direction. The music video also achieved wins at other global festivals, highlighting RM’s artistry and creative vision.
