BTS member Jin has been honored with the ‘THE BEST OST’ award at the 2nd Asia Star Entertainer Awards (ASEA) 2025 in Yokohama for his standout OST, ‘Close to You.’
‘Close to You,’ the main theme for the drama ‘Ask the Stars,’ captivated fans worldwide with Jin’s pure vocals and deep emotion. Upon its release, the song topped iTunes Top Song Chart in 49 countries and trended globally on X (formerly Twitter).
The OST also reached No.1 on Billboard World Digital Song Sales and was voted as the ‘Best OST’ in multiple fan polls. Jin’s continued success in solo music is further highlighted by his recent mini-album ‘Echo’ and the title track ‘Don’t Say You Love Me,’ which topped Spotify’s global chart—a first for an Asian artist in 2025.
