Taeyang’s Royalties Skyrocket for ‘Make Love’

Musicow, the music investment platform, announced that Taeyang’s performance royalties for ‘Make Love’ soared over 200 times compared to the previous month. This surge comes as artists like Taeyang return to the stage after long hiatuses, sparking renewed fan interest and concert activity.
Other Artists See Increases
Following Taeyang, his tracks ‘텅빈도로’ and ‘WAKE ME UP’ also ranked among the top three for royalty growth. Reunited groups 2NE1 and Lovelyz saw their songs climb the charts thanks to comeback concerts.
MONSTA X’s ‘BEASTMODE’, featured in the recent film ‘퇴마록’, led overall royalty jumps across all platforms, with a 250-fold increase. Songs from 4minute and ASTRO also posted major gains.
Musicow’s Impact on the Industry
Musicow continues to innovate by enabling artists to secure funds and fans to invest in music royalties. The platform estimates the music securities market could reach 15 trillion KRW, potentially driving the creation of 630,000 new songs and 100,000 jobs.
Musicow advises all investors to review product details and terms carefully, as returns are not guaranteed and principal loss is possible.
