BTS’s Jungkook continues to make history on Spotify with his solo releases. His debut solo single ‘Seven,’ released in July 2023, has now charted for an unprecedented 96 consecutive weeks on Spotify’s Weekly Top Songs Global chart, reaching No. 74 and rising 9 spots from the previous week.
This achievement marks the longest run ever for an Asian solo artist’s track on the chart.
‘GOLDEN’ Album Continues Chart Success
Jungkook’s solo album ‘GOLDEN,’ released in November 2023, also remains strong, ranking No. 61 on the Spotify Weekly Top Albums Global chart. The album has now spent 80 weeks on the chart, another record for an Asian soloist.
Consistent Global Impact
During the same week, Jungkook entered the Spotify Weekly Top Artists Global chart for the 103rd time, further showcasing his worldwide influence and solidifying his reputation as a ‘record-breaker.’
