Baekhyun, member of EXO and acclaimed solo artist, has achieved global success with the release of his fifth mini-album, Essence of Reverie.
According to his agency INB100, Baekhyun’s new album and its title track “Elevator” soared to No.1 on the iTunes Top Albums and Top Songs charts on June 20. Essence of Reverie claimed the top spot in 22 countries, including Brazil, Chile, Indonesia, and Singapore. Meanwhile, “Elevator” topped the iTunes Top Songs chart in 14 regions, such as Colombia, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam.

The album explores the boundaries between reality and dreams, with “Elevator” expressing romantic emotions through Baekhyun’s signature style. The release has received enthusiastic responses from global fans, further cementing Baekhyun’s reputation as a genre-defining artist.
Coinciding with the new music, Baekhyun’s first solo world tour Reverie begins in June. The Seoul shows sold out immediately, and the tour will visit 29 cities across South America, North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia, demonstrating Baekhyun’s worldwide influence.
